Carter Jensen
Founder & Educator, AIB
Carter Jensen bridges the worlds of corporate innovation and education technology. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, he discovered his passion for making emerging technology accessible to students. Today, while leading AI acceleration at General Mills, Carter works with high school CTE programs to develop practical AI education solutions.
Through direct collaboration with students, educators, and administrators, Carter has developed a unique approach to AI education that combines corporate insight with classroom reality. As an active member of the AI Commerce Collective and various educational boards, he ensures AIB's programs remain cutting-edge while meeting the real needs of today's classrooms.
